The Beltline 
Beltline is Calgary’s newest condo project by Wexford Developments LP and Oxford Properties located in the eastern part of Calgary’s desirable Beltline.
This mixed-use development site is the last remaining full city block in the Downtown area and it is over 140,000 square feet. This site is going to be home to a multi-tower with mixed-use including retail and residential space.
Currently in the predevelopment phase, construction is expected to begin in 2016’s Q2. The project is expected to be over 1 million square feet and stylishly designed by Zeidler BKDI Architects.
Located at 101 11th Ave S.E. smack dab in the middle of Calgary’s Beltline, the appropriately named multi-tower neighbours the National Music Centre, the Calgary Tower, the Glenbow Museum, Arts Common, Drum & Monkey Public House, Hotel Arts and a variety of other slices of Calgary’s cultural and entertainment hubs and major shopping centres.
Although there is no images of the proposed tower yet, it is obvious that the views from this highrise are something you don't want to pass up.
