University Heights Suburban Centre is located in northeast Saskatoon and serves as the main commercial hub for the surrounding areas. Along with many businesses, there are also some low rise condominiums and townhouses in the community, but no single-family homes.

There are a number of grocery options that serve the residents, including Safeway, Co-op and Audrey’s Your Independent Grocer. Walmart and Sobeys are just a short drive away at Preston Crossing. Other amenities include all major banks, restaurants such as Boston Pizza, Montana's and Wendy’s, and various other services and retail options.
