New Homes for Sale in Rosewood
Rosewood is a newer community located in south-east Saskatoon. It is still being developed and is made up primarily of single-family homes and condominiums. Residents are able to take their pick from nearly-new homes or pick from one of many reputable Saskatoon home builders and build your own dream home. The community garden is a great option for those who prefer condominium living or don’t have space in their backyard.
Rosewood has two elementary schools, St. Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic School and Colette Bourgonje School. There are 65 acres of wetland and green space, including conservation areas and natural trails. Residents have access to a fenced off-leash dog park and they share Hyde Park with Lakewood Suburban Centre. Hyde Park is a naturalized wetland that’s managed by the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation and Ducks Unlimited. Once complete, Rosewood will have 5 community parks, with features still to be determined.
A brand new Costco has been a welcome addition to Rosewood, and there are many more businesses slated to open in 2018. There are a number of restaurants located in the community, including Leopold’s Tavern and Tim Hortons. More dining and shopping options are available along 8th Street and in Stonebridge.
