Massey Place is a community on the north-west side of Saskatoon, featuring primarily single-family houses with low-rise apartments. The perimeter of the community falls along 33rd Street, Circle Drive and Confederation Drive, giving residents quick access to a variety of commercial developments, including Confederation Mall, Plaza 22 and the many unique shops found further along 33rd Street.
Archibald McDonald Park is the larger of Massey Place’s two parks and includes the schoolyards of Vincent Massey School and Bishop Klein School. The 13-acre park includes ball diamonds, playground equipment and a skating rink for use during the winter months.
The Community Association runs programs like a book club, Zumba, yoga, and kid’s ballet, hip-hop, cricket and karate. Use the Cosmo Civic Centre, found on the outskirts of the community, for some indoor recreation like ice skating, martial arts classes, fitness facilities, a public library and more.
