Haultain is a community in south-central Saskatoon. It is a largely residential area and consists of single-family detached homes, duplexes and low-rise apartments. Located in Haultain are a K-7 francophone elementary school, École Canadienne-Française, J.S. Wood Public Library and the seasonal Lathey outdoor swimming pool with waterslide. It's easy to see why this is a popular community for residents and visitors!
Along the outskirts of the community are some commercial developments with retail, convenience stores and restaurants including Shell, Tim Hortons and 8th Street Book & Comics, where you can take part in Magic the Gathering or the annual Free Comic Book Day. Haultain is close to the many restaurants and retail options on Broadway Avenue and Saskatoon’s downtown, and close to the bigger box-stores at Stonegate Shopping Centre.
Haultain also has an active Community Association, which has joined forces with the Queen Elizabeth and Exhibition communities to put on annual events and programs throughout the year.
