New Homes for Sale in Confederation Park
Confederation Park is located on Saskatoon’s west side. With the new developments going up in the area, it’s expected that Confederation Park will see some new homes added to its well-established homes.
The area's two elementary schools, one public and one Catholic, are bridged by the 40-acre green space that they share. The park consists of baseball diamonds, soccer fields, walking paths and more.
There are also plenty of indoor recreational options if that’s more your speed. Within the Confederation Park Suburban Centre is the Cosmo Civic Centre, which offers a public library, an indoor skating rink, fitness facilities and skills training such as martial arts and gymnastics. Also within the centre is Confederation Mall, Plaza 22 and various strip malls and restaurants. Further down CPSC are apartment buildings, two bowling alleys and Reid Park, which is commonly used for slo-pitch tournaments including the Dustin Boulet Memorial Slo-Pitch Tournament, an annual fundraiser for KidSport Saskatoon.
Also nearby is The Shaw Centre, located in the Blairmore Suburban Centre, which offers fitness and swimming options and connects the area's two high schools.
