Fayetteville is a youth-oriented, artistic city with the amenities of a much more populous area. It’s home to the University of Arkansas, and many graduates love it so much that they start looking for houses for sale in Fayetteville after graduation. The wealth of nature surrounding Fayetteville offers plenty of opportunities to get outside. The city is dwarfed by Mount Sequoyah in the east, and Kessler Mountain Regional Park in the south. The beautiful Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is located in the north end of the city. This popular spot features 12 gardens planted with local plants, and the only native butterfly house in the region. Whether you use Fayetteville as a base to venture out further into the Ozarks or prefer the boutiques and bars of Fayetteville Historic Square, there’s so much to explore in this vibrant city.
