The ability to customize the home you build and the how much flexible Lincolnberg is to make that happen stands out compared to other builders. Also Marie who sold me the house was great, she was courteous and caring about our requests. I should say if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have bought the house. She’s an asset to your team.
The process was very methodical, every step was explained to us and our site superintendent was always available to us.
The best thing, I think, in dealing with Lincolnberg Homes is the completely open communication lines from start to finish and even now that the one-year inspection has passed. The Site Manager responds to my messages almost immediately and has always been helpful and quick to remedy even very small issues. Before, during and after completion of my home, all my interactions with office staff were positive and friendly.
