The reason all of the repairs weren't finished before we moved in was NOT the fault of the builder. We had to move up our possession date due to life circumstances and we were extremely grateful that the team came through for us.Every point of contact was excellent. We stopped by the model home on a whim and were greeted with excellent service. The design team was also amazing and helped us make informed decisions during the selection process. Randy was awesome during our pre-delivery inspection. We have already been recommending Tartan to our friends here in Ottawa.
