experience has been great. Only issue was items identified in pre delivery inspection not being rectified before moving in

The price for the value of the home was exceptional compared to what we were seeing elsewhere! There were no delays, we moved in the exact date that we were told 9 months prior. Our Tarion rep was really knowledgeable, we felt like we were in really good hands. Overall the process was smooth and we're extremely happy with our home.

Nice and peaceful house

Semi detached homes are the best launch. Wonderful layout and floor plans. No wastage of space and great build quality compared to other houses in the market. You get what you pay for.

Right from the start, everything just felt right and in place. Wendy helped with all the initial process. Randy was great with the PDI and explaining everything. Then the contractors did an amazing work on the pending items and were very quick and efficient.Overall a great experience with Tartan.

We really enjoyed our time at the design center, especially getting to choose the interior design details for our home. It was a fun and exciting part of the experience.
