The overall construction and workmanship is exemplary. This is my fourth new-build purchase and it by far is the best-built home. There have been very few deficiencies throughout the first year of ownership.

The friendliness of the staff was apparent throughout our first showing of the house, communication with Tamarack through the buying process and during the walkthrough. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service aspect. We felt like part of the Tamarack community right away. Also doesn't hurt that the home is amazing and we love every square inch of it.

Team was open to listening to our concerns , and in most cases these concerns were resolved in a timely manner..
