We loved the open concept of the home. The overall design of the home. And affordability.The realtor Sarah Brown from Royal E Lepage was fantastic!

The staff are great and are easy to work with. They really seem to care about the people ourselves included. There are a few things still requiring attention however, these are not needed until the spring.

THe price was good

They tried their best tokeep things in perspective and on time.

Everyone is friendly and any issues are dealt with immediately. Great communication with competent people.

The warranty team is fabulous and they deserve a raise! Get on it!
