Being in well oriented family company that genuinely care about their customers. As I mentioned before they are local to the PNW so maybe that’s make more reliable. I can’t wait to see our 1 year anniversary review to see what will be. The home still look nice after living there 3 months.

Size and kitchen is perfect for us

Customization options, some of the other builders in the area do not offer any options, they just give you a preselected package and that's what you get.
