There are some additional small touches that would be nice, but there are many small touches that MTT considered. In spite of their success, MTT continues to strive to improve its customers experiences! My internet contractor really appreciated how everything was wired. For future planning, some homebuyers might really appreciate conduit for all in-wall ethernet cables. My garage door opener installer really appreciated the plywood supports and pre-wiring. He was very impressed by the quality. I love the acoustics inside the home! You don't have to speak loudly for your voice to carry through open spaces, yet there is still sound dampening between rooms -a challenge with thin walls or some doors. My wife really, really greatly appreciated the stub for the sink in the laundry room!!

It's new. The options in the house were nice

I like the communities they are building. HOA is kind of stuck they need to build the next complex to finish the amenities. Kind of a stand still.

Design and site implementation.

Reputable, good home buying experience. No issues with home. Good layout design.

Size and kitchen is perfect for us

Being in well oriented family company that genuinely care about their customers. As I mentioned before they are local to the PNW so maybe that’s make more reliable. I can’t wait to see our 1 year anniversary review to see what will be. The home still look nice after living there 3 months.

The floor plan with the exception of the closet entry in the main bedroom and the small pantry.
