Great, they have been very helpful. There were times where they coulnd't schedule the repair team and that was challenging (wrong cooktop did not work for 10 days and they coulnd't schedule the correct one)
THere is a tenant. they were communicative though
The team has a great attitude and is very caring. i find that some responses that are time sensitive (no hot water) take too long. The key for me is that there the feeling of trust and care!
