My dealings with the site Supervisor John, Marianne and the trades that have come to work on any deficiencies has been excellent. John and Marianne in particular have been very helpful, attentive and quick to get things done! It has been a pleasure!

Overall good quality. Weakest point is the stairs/flooring contractor. Landed to basement is lobbed sided and will need to be fixed. Stairs from ground floor to 2nd floor squeak and sloppy quality with missing transition and end cuts (short) are visible etc.
