Clareview is a residential area in the northeast area of Edmonton, Alberta. The outline plan for this area incorporated nine separate residential neighbourhoods that include – Bannerman, Belmont, Clareview Town Centre, Fraser, Gorman, Hairsine, Northern Kennedale, Kernohan, Kirkness, and Sifton Park. Since this is a relatively new neighbourhood for Edmonton, over 70% of residents consist of apartment-style condos and rental apartments. The North Saskatchewan River borders many of these communities and provides scenic routes around the area, while you also have many opportunities for recreation and transportation convenience. The Edmonton Clareview LRT is accessible, but Clareview Town Centre can provide many of the daily amenities for residents.

This centre ready to be open is called the Clareview Community Recreation Centre and Clareview Library. Also known as the Meadows Community Recreation Centre, this building offers tons of recreation for residents and Edmontonians citywide. The Meadows facility is another great reason why Clareview is a great selection for younger individuals and families investing in the area. The Meadows facility features two NHLS-sized indoor ice rinks, ten-lane 25-metre fitness pool, 250 metre indoor track, fitness centre, and indoor playground!
