Allard is a community connected within the Heritage Valley Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan. Located in the southwest border, the community is bounded by James Mowatt Trail, 25th Avenue, Blackmud Creek, and 41st avenue. The community density consists of 50 percent low-desnity, 35 percent medium-density, and 15 percent high-density housing.
