Beautiful homes and unique architecture

“The architecture at Artesia is enduring and classic, keeping with the upscale character Heritage Pointe is known for,” Mantika said, “Architectural styles include classic English and French Country, Georgian, Tudor and Craftsman with an infusion of Prairie elements.”

Homes by Avi is one of the builders creating masterpieces in Artesia at Heritage Pointe.

Sandy Tregarthen, the sales support specialist of Homes by Avi, explained that the primary builds in this community are two stories and bungalows that embrace a combination of elegance, sensibility and dramatic features.

“Our designs are always very innovative,” she said, “We strive to use the square footage in the very best possible way.”

Although, she added, functionality does not mean that beauty and character of the designs are lost in Homes by Avi homes.

“By adding vaults and other unique features we really create a dramatic atmosphere to a functional space,” she said.

Homes by Avi are currently framing their show home in Artesia at Heritage Pointe and Tregarthen expects that it should be completed by Spring 2016.

“We built this home as a show home in Valley Point and it was stunning,” Tregarthen said in regards to their future bungalow show home.

“We have made some modifications to capture the full view of the pond,” where the two storey fire place once sat in the middle of the soaring back wall of the great room, is now nano doors — or full glass overlooking a beautiful water feature. “It’s a stunning home,” Tregarthen said.

Some of the bungalows from Homes by Avi feature an optional pop-top ceiling making the home appear similar to a two storey from the street, while creating a really dramatic living area inside using a portion of the ceiling for a guest bedroom suite while maintaining high ceilings and open atmosphere.

The team at Homes by Avi is excited to be one of the newest builders added to the Artesia community.

“[Artesia] is a very unique niche community,” Tregarthen said, “To me, it’s a precious gem.”
