We're local!  Yep, based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Pawluk Homes is a local, family-owned business with over 50 years of combined experience in new home construction.  The owner, Dave Pawluk, grew up on a farm east of Saskatoon and learned from a young age about attention to detail.  Pawluk Homes is dedicated to offering families more energy efficiency, luxury and overall quality as a standard when searching for their dream home. We are committed to providing you with quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and expertise in residential construction management. We consistently use reputable sub-contractors and conduct frequent home inspections to ensure that each phase of our projects are completed to the highest standard of quality. Being that we are family-owned we are able to provide a personal touch that makes your house a home and along with that ensure that you receive outstanding customer service through every detail of either purchasing your already meticulously constructed home or we are building you a custom home from the footings up.  

We have aligned ourselves with the most reputable industry members from each home building trade in Saskatoon and area.  With our buying power and reputation among trades, we have the ability to ensure that your clients receive both the absolute highest quality products installed in their homes.  Along with this the installers and individuals working with these products supply our clients and us with the absolute highest customer service through initial install to the warranty stage.

We are a certified Energy Star Builder and member of the Saskatoon Region Homebuilders Association. All of our new homes have a 2-year mechanical, 5-year foundation and exclusive 10-year structural warranty. We provide you with security so that you can feel confident with your investment both during and after the construction of your new home.
