Put down roots in a community that makes you feel like you belong. In the Greens on Gardiner, located only 9 km from downtown Regina, here you will enjoy a quiet lifestyle in a community with its own unique and desirable identity.
The exterior design of Trailsedge is powerful in its uniformity, inspired by farmhouse style for modern day living. Cool clean lines of architectural brilliance come to life with a series of modern white or dark grey farmhouse designs. Their fully landscaped streetscapes provide a lush green contrast to the monochromatic and natural tones incorporated in the facades.
Nestled in a prime setting amongst it all. Live moments away from Yellow Rail Park and enjoy first class playgrounds as if they were in your own backyard. Catering to busy lifestyles and convenience in mind, these townhouses are moments from the Acre 21 Shopping Centre comprising a robust and thoughtfully planned retail precinct. Stroll over to the shops, supermarket, cafes and more. If enjoying the outdoors is top of your must-have list, you will also enjoy the many surrounding attractions including parks, waterways, playgrounds, and bike paths.
Currently underway, this “Brook” floorplan is a beautiful open plan with a light colour scheme. Your kitchen will include light grey quartz countertops with a grey ceramic backsplash complimented by painted white shaker cabinetry for easy maintenance and lifelong enjoyment. Flooring throughout includes on-trend beige oak laminate to the main living, kitchen, and dining area, with a grouted marbled grey luxury vinyl tile to entryways, bathrooms, and a greige carpet to the remainder.
