• Interior walls, interior trim and doors (in all finished areas) to be painted “Chantilly Lace” throughout including 3” smooth borders on stippled ceilings. All interior walls to be finished in a washable acrylic paint.
• All interior paints, varnishes, stains and sealers are Low VOC.
• Wire shelving to all closets including linen and walk in pantries, as per plan.
• Basement/Lower level Cold cellar, complete with weather-stripped steel insulated door, vent, and an electrical light, as per plan
