W & J Construction Ltd. is a Certified Residential Builder (C.R.B.), and a member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association in Victoria. Until the recent collapse of the Five Year New Home Warranty Program, W & J had been a long Standing “AA” Registered Builder. Our company is certified for Home Warranty Coverage by London Guarantee Insurance Company and is known throughout the industry as an Award Winning Building company for our technological “know-how”, innovative spirit and quality housing.
