When we build, we design the plans and all the details as if we were building for ourselves. We know this house is going to be someone’s home and that’s important. We use high quality materials that are going to last and, yet, still look beautiful. We want your friends to come into your home and admire the counters, the tiles or some little detail we have added. We want you to be proud of your new home just as we are proud to have built it.

About Victoria Home Installations

Charlie Velikovsky, the President of Victoria Home Installations Ltd. comes from the Czech Republic and truly brings his European craftsmanship to his projects. He has been renovating, developing and building homes for over 40 years. As a licensed builder and licensed electrician, he built up the business and, in 1985, incorporated it under the name Victoria Home Installations Ltd. All homes are insured for the 2-5-10 year warranty through the Traveler’s Guarantee Company of Canada.

Victoria Home Installations Ltd. is part of the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association (ICBA) and the Victoria Home Builder’s Association (VHBA). We are fully covered by the Worker’s Compensation Board.

Charlie has built homes that range from duplexes to high end homes. Several of the people that have bought the homes over the years, have become good friends, so that’s proof that the buyers are happy with the quality of the homes.
