Our specialty is custom homes, so this includes infills and extensive renovations too! You dream it – we can build it!

Do we have to build in one of your communities?

No. We can build anywhere!

What is your cost per square foot?

The price of your custom home depends on the amenities and features you choose (e.g., roofing, cabinet features, counter tops and flooring). All of these factors can dramatically affect the cost of your new home. Generally, the more elaborate the feature, the higher the cost per square foot will be. Once you have decided on a plan and the features that you want, we can then provide you an accurate cost per square foot.

How long will it take to build my new home?

This depends on the size and complexity of your new home’s plan as well as the time of year when we start construction. In general, the total build process from the time digging begins takes between seven to 11 months. However, once you have your plan in place, we can provide you a more specific estimate timeframe for the construction of your particular home.

Are custom home builders generally more expensive than production home builders?

It can be, but not with Vicky’s Homes. We believe that quality, unique and affordable housing should be assessable to everyone. Most home builders tend to offer homes with standard features with additional upgrades and options at premium prices. Our pricing includes the features that YOU choose, and you don’t pay the hefty premium for the upgrades provided in your home.
