Urbanity Custom Homes Ltd. is a family-run company proudly building new homes for other families in Edmonton and area since 2001. Our commitment to our clients and attention to detail throughout the design and construction process has ensured that each family realizes their dream home. Our company founder and president, Georgina Nunes-Serrao, explains our philosophy best: "We want to be known as the builder with a conscience. Further demonstrating our dedication to responsible building, Urbanity became a certified BuiltGreen™ builder in 2008, and we constructed our first BuiltGreen™ home in 2009. As of January 1, 2012, all homes built by Urbanity Custom Homes Ltd. are certified BuiltGreen™

Urbanity holds membership in good standing with the BBB, National Home Warranty and the Canadian Home Builders' Association to name a few. We have never taken the time to enter our homes into any award competitions, as we believe that pleasing our clients is our first priority and their referrals are our best reward.
