With 22 years of working experience in the construction industry we have truly seen it all.  We are a family run company full of passion and pride for the services we provide and the product we deliver to our clients.  The experience, knowledge, and attention to detail we bring to every project truly sets us apart.  We pride ourselves on the Integrity and honesty and reputation we have built over the years.  Troybuilt has used the last 22 years to find and shift through the best trades and suppliers Calgary has to offer.  With the amount of projects and new builds we have been involved in over the years we have developed so many excellent working relationships with our trades and suppliers and pass these savings and amazing pricing onto our clients. Troybuilt’s onsite supervision, management, and organizational skills are the best in the industry.  Projects are simply completed on time and on budget.  All warranties, insurance coverage, soil testing, permits, scheduling, engineer reports, building envelope inspections, moisture control, and all other important practices are followed each and every time.  We ensure that every phase on any and all of Troybuilt’s Projects are done right and done right the first time!
