Custom Building - Touchstone offers a complete design & build process, so whether you are coming in knowing what you want to build or if you just have a few ideas of what you're looking for, we are prepared to help you through the process. Custom building allows you to design a home that functionally works for you and your family while also getting to pick all of the finishing details. Typically construction for a custom build takes about 9 months (3 months drawings & permitting - 6 months building) but this can vary depending on the intricacy of the project. 

Spec Homes - Spec homes are homes that are built without being pre-sold. These homes can be purchased at any stage during the build and typically have their interior finishes already selected by our in-house designer. Depending on the stage of construction though, there may be a chance to customize some features if desired. Spec homes can be a great option for those looking for a quick possession or that are not looking to commit to a full custom build. Take a look at the spec homes we have for sale here.

Customization Ready - If you're looking for a little bit of personalization, our customization ready homes might be perfect for you. In our customization ready homes we bring the home up to a certain stage (paint ready with cabinets installed) then we let you take the reigns to make selections for flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting, paint etc. This is a great way to express your personal style without committing to a full custom build.
