Farkad Saaid grew up in St. Albert. He graduated high school in 1992 from St. Albert High and went on to study Metallurgical Engineering at NAIT. In 2004, he built his first house in Castle Brook and many homes for sale in Edmonton and area followed in the regions of St. Albert, Sturgeon County, Morinville, Fort Saskatchewan, Summerside, Hamptons, and other acreages. Farkad still lives in St. Albert and has two girls with his wife.
Adil Dabagh is a civil engineer who graduated in 1994 from Baghdad University and became a member of the Professional Engineers & Geologists in Edmonton in 2001. With Adil's strengths in design structure and materials such as wood, steel, and concrete and Farkad's expertise in product verity, color, design, and project budget, the team they create is the complementary, and skillful core unit that is Romaya Homes today. Adil and Farkad continue to commit to building long-lasting St. Albert and Edmonton homes in the communities that they have grown so fond of.
