Rectangle is a Calgary based design-build firm with experience in renovations, additions, new home construction and small commercial projects.  For well over a decade, we have been perfecting our process and have earned a reputation for creating amazing spaces on time and on budget.  Our small but mighty team is made up of designers, project managers, subcontractors and skilled carpenters equipped to take on your entire project from concept to completion.

The design-build model encompasses every aspect of a project, so the original design and vision is carried out through construction. By keeping the designing, permitting, documenting and construction all under one roof, we become intimate with each project to ensure that the design matches the budget, and the final product and cost is what you expect.

WHY FIXED PRICE?

With our fixed price structure, we offer an exact cost for a clearly defined scope of work.  We’ve been in the industry
for 15 years, and know what to expect and what it will take to complete your project.  We take the time to thoroughly develop the design specification, details and cost on the front end of the project, before contract signing, to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.  We structure our draw schedule by milestones, typically 6 draws of 15%,
plus a government-stipulated 10% lien holdback to help you plan your financing, and even take it one step further
and guarantee your project’s timeline.
