Established in 2007, Novera Homes is an Ottawa-based custom homebuilder dedicated to quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. We work with architects, designers, and a trusted team of construction professionals to provide a personal, worry-free design-and-build process that culminates in a uniquely beautiful living space.
Our boutique size and intentionally limited number of concurrent projects allows us the time and space to fully get to know each of our clients and to understand all their requirements and lifestyle desires. Our name, Novera, references the words “new” and “era,” reminding us every day of our commitment to deliver each and every custom home with an eye to excellence.
