Expertise

Vince Niro, President of Niro Developments, has been working in the housing industry for over 20 years. Prior to starting Niro Developments, Vince worked for a prominent Calgary home builder for 7 years. He has experience in every aspect of construction working his way up as a Site Supervisor to Construction/Operations Manager. Vince has managed the construction of more than 500 homes in Calgary. Vince holds a diploma in Civil Engineering – Construction Management, in addition to, taking Business Management at Mount Royal.

Pat Niro, VP Operations of Niro Developments, has an extensive background in home renovations as well as widespread experience in new home construction. Pat has been in the industry for over 15 years and has managed numerous home renovations in excess of $1 million dollars as Project Manager for a large renovation and home building company. In addition, Pat has managed the construction of over 100 new homes in Calgary.
