At MLCH, our focus always begins with architecture. Our homes reflect careful, detail oriented design. As such, we do our working drawings in house. Bring us your "wish list" and we'll put it to paper. Your new home will truly be unique.

Our goal is to build great homes. As such, we’re happy to work with other talented architects and designers on their own designs.

Construction Services

Our team is efficient, hardworking and honest. At Maple Leaf we provide detailed budget costing and specifications so that you know exactly what to expect from your build. We clearly define all aspects of the construction up front. Your budget will not change unless you alter your selections. Unlike common industry practice, there will be no surprises. Maple Leaf does not overcharge for changes made after design completion.

MLCH has extensive experience with green building technologies and has attained various certifications including LEEDS.

Land/Property Development
At MLCH we are always looking for properties with development potential. We purchase urban and rural properties where we find an opportunity to create something unique and build value.
