The Longo Group is a privately owned, fully integrated group of real estate companies conducting business, primarily in the Province of Ontario. Longo develops, builds and manages a portfolio of residential apartment buildings, industrial and commercial properties and unique developments throughout North America.

Longo has designed and developed over 1 million sq. ft of commercial/ Industrial buildings including the development and design of a master planned commercial Industrial community in Mississauga, Ontario. We are a third generation family owned business with over 85 years experience building real estate including homes and commercial property.

Longo has developed and built over 1,500 homes and numerous commercial projects throughout Ontario, including Corktown in Toronto. International projects include commercial and residential developments in Texas, Ohio and Florida.
