About the Limona Group

The Limona Group was formed in 1981 by two local business people with a strong desire to build quality homes and provide excellent customer service. Holding firm to that vision, the Limona Group creates architecturally innovative and environmentally sensitive communities under the experienced leadership of Michael Baier and John Sercombe. An impressive track record building many of the larger, single-family housing neighborhoods and waterfront developments on Vancouver Island, along with numerous commercial projects, cements Limona Group's reputation as a leader in the industry. Achieving success in business is no easy accomplishment, but to expand on success for more than thirty years is rare. The company's unwavering dedication to excellence, both in home construction and customer service, has resulted in many accolades and awards over the years.
