As your Project Manager, we will consult with you in the development of a design that suits your building site and lifestyle. From the development permit stage to post-occupancy warranty, our experienced team and select trades will work together with you to execute your design vision and custom specifications. Our fully transparent process combines one-on-one consultations throughout the various stages of construction with access to your personalized management file within our system. As a certified member of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program, we conform to Alberta’s “Mandatory Warranty” legislation requirements which came into effect on February 1, 2014.
