The Laebon Process

With Laebon you will have a team that works with you through the home buying process.  From show home to your home, you can expect the following:

Area Sales Manager
An Area Sales Manager will work with you to select a home and a home site that are perfect for your family.  They will then help guide you through the financing process to make sure your financing is a perfect fit for you in your new home.

Residential Design Team
Working closely with you and your Area Sales Manager, the Residential Design Team will be able to make sure that your new Laebon home's floor plan meets your needs and is truly perfect for you.

Interior Design Team
You will work with our team of experienced designers to make sure your vision for your new home becomes a reality.

Project Manager and Home Owner Liaison
Our Project Managers and Home Owner Liaisons will be with you every step of the way to answer any questions you may have regarding your home.

Customer Service Program
After you move in, Laebon provides a 1-year service program including 24-hour emergency service in addition to your 1,2,5,10 year warranty from the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
