KDM Management Inc. specializes in condominium management. We are based in St. Albert, Alberta and service the greater Edmonton area. We manage conventional and bareland condominiums in all styles including high-rise, low-rise, townhome, carriage homes and duplexes. Specializing in condominium management for over 30 years has allowed us to become an industry leader. KDM maintains memberships with the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta (ACMA) and Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our managers' work closely with the Board to ensure that they are operating within the scope of the Alberta Condominium Property Act, the Alberta Condominium Regulations and their by-laws.

In fact our managers average over 10 years experience in the field. We are armed with a staff of 50+ including dedicated accounting and documents departments that ensure Boards and Owners are getting the information they need on time.
