Owner, Cindy Scott is a licensed 2-5-10 yr builder, who has combined her design background, construction knowledge and eye for detail to form a custom home building niche. KC Custom Designs homes consist of well-designed floor plans which are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with attention to detail flowing seamlessly from both the interior to the exterior. Specializing in new-home construction and renovations, Cindy’s passion for excellence, craftsmanship and integrity is reflected in both her team and trades people.
