Humble Beginnings

Indus Homes began as an Alberta based home builder in 1979, constructing  their first home in the much sought after Calgary neighbourhood of  Edgemont. After gaining much experience Indus Homes ventured on to  larger developments during the mid 1980s in the community of Erin Woods.  Establishing a reputation for quality, value, and customer focus Indus  Homes grew to be an integral member of the Erin Woods community. 

Subdivisions

Completion of the Erin Woods subdivision opened new opportunities  in the 1990s for further projects in the Northwest communities of Rocky  Ridge, Arbour Lake, and Royal Oak. With the Coventry Hills subdivision  completed in 2013 Indus Homes has grown its scope throughout Alberta. In  the fall of 2017 Indus Homes will begin construction on the final few  lots in The Lakes of Muirfield in Lyalta, again bringing value and  quality at a competitive price point for valued customers. 

The Future

With the unique market conditions and affordability of homes increasing  Indus Homes is working on some truly revolutionary concepts in single  and multi family home design. The introduction of their upcoming  development projects in Olds and Sylvan Lake will continue the tradition  of quality, value, and customer focus which has become the cornerstone  of Indus Homes' philosophy.
