We are currently building in the Edmonton communities of West Secord, The Village at Griesbach, Laurel Crossing, and Crystallina Nera. In addition, Impact is part of the Spruce Grove community of Copperhaven and the Fort Saskatchewan community of South Pointe.

Coming Spring of 2021, we are excited to be building in the new Northwest Edmonton community of Hawks Ridge and the St. Albert community of Riverside.
