With Brian’s nearly 20 years experience in both Western Canada and Australia, Greenview Developments has been involved in the development, construction, and management of residential housing, manufactured housing communities, commercial space and hotels.

Whether involved in development of low-rise or high-rise projects, or residential neighbourhoods, Greenview works to be on cusp of leading-edge design, and building techniques to reduce environmental impacts. Greenview pioneered the first R2000 manufactured home in Western Canada. The company was also recognized for its innovation with a 125-home project in Canmore, Alberta, which received the mayor’s award for design and green building practices.
