After decades as established developers and builders overseas, in 2010 Gemterra's principals expanded into Canada to focus on real estate development, construction, sales, property management and related real estate services.

The Canadian arm of Gemterra brought the company's seasoned senior management together with a team of leading Canadian consultants to design and build Gemterra's first Canadian property: LOVE Condominiums. Building on this success, the company then followed up with JOY Condos, in the heart of vibrant Scarborough.
