Over the past three decades, Fernbrook Homes has evolved from a small company of three working principals to a large team of over 100 Professionals. Led by Chairman and Founder Danny Salvatore and his son, President and CEO Joe Salvatore, Fernbrook's employees are instilled with the core values that have made the company so successful. A self-made​ man, Salvatore has worked in the building industry since he was a teenager, learning every component from the bottom up.
