OUR COMPANY

Eagle Pacific Developments Inc was established 20 years ago by Martin Schenk in Victoria, British Columbia. He began by purchasing, updating and re-selling homes. Martin went on to building homes on speculation and custom homes between $300,000 and $2,000,000 for several clients which he has had featured in the Times Colonist home of the week.

Martin is a licensed builder with the Homeowner Protection Office. He has also taken several real estate and construction courses and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge pertaining to all trades and construction management.

He has now successfully built over 100 homes with a wide range of variety of styles from 1942 replica Stern home to Traditional , Art and Crafts and West Coast Contemporary. Martin continues to enjoy building and delivering a quality product to his clients.

Martin’s wife Shelby maintains organization, meetings, accounting and other aspects of the business at the office. Her dedication to detail and perfection is part of what makes Eagle Pacific so successful. Other family members continue to work through out the company in various roles.
