With over 30yrs in the construction industry, Emil brings a wealth of experience. Emil spent 13yrs in CIS, a family run business focused on commercial projects designing, supplying, building, and servicing boutique hotels in exotic locations in the Caribbean. There he was associated with some very successful projects in partnership with well established hotel operators and constructors such as Sol Melia, Iberostar, Accor Group, Bouygues-Construction, etc. He later founded a residential custom home company in Toronto, Madison Avenue Homes where he built very sophisticated and elaborate homes for discerning clients in the GTA. Bringing this worldly experience and knowledge together he established Distrikt, a residential development company, ready to set itself apart by bringing elaborate, modern, and refined projects to the GTA.
