2019

• The Deveraux Group of Companies is recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth with the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation. Deveraux is the 19th Saskatchewan-based company to receive the award in the 26 year history of the program
• Deveraux continues its expansion into Alberta, securing 7 acres of multi-family residential land in Edmonton with plans to introduce a 352 unit apartment community adjacent to an established retail area
• Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires New Property In Winnipeg, Manitoba
• Auctus Property Fund LP Acquires Its Second Multi-Family Property In Winnipeg, Manitoba

2018

• Deveraux Homes is recognized by the Regina and Region Home Builders Association (RRHBA) as the Home Builder of the Year
• The Deveraux Group of Companies is awarded an RFP by a large national retail REIT to develop and intensify existing shopping centre site in Calgary with complementary multi-family residential developments
• The Deveraux Group of Companies partners with a western Canadian developer to design and construct 398 rental units (including some residential over retail) in Winnipeg’s Sage Creek neighbourhood
• The Pinnacle at Bridgwater (176 units) opens in the Bridgwater Trails neighbourhood of Winnipeg, complete with a resident clubhouse, commercial grade fitness centre, games area, tenant lounge and barbeques
• The Apex at Acre 21 opens in the Greens on Gardiner Neighbourhood of Regina. The Apex offers residents immediate proximity to the Acre 21 retail hub, as well as Regina’s newest apartment community development, complete with a fitness centre, tenant lounge, games area and barbeques​

2017

• The Deveraux Group of Companies is recognized by the Regina Chamber of Commerce with a Paragon Award for Community Involvement
• The Deveraux Group of Companies is awarded the Growth and Expansion Award at the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce ABEX Awards
• The Summit at Seasons (416 units) opens in the Tuxedo neighbourhood of Winnipeg, a best in class apartment with underground parking, resident programming and a resident clubhouse complete with a commercial grade fitness centre, tenant lounge, games area and an outdoor fire pit and barbeques
• Deveraux builds, owns and opens for operation a 7 bay commercial development in the South Landing Business Park within in the RM of MacDonald. Deveraux’s Winnipeg offices are based at this location, along with 5 other tenants​

2016

• Deveraux Developments and Deveraux Apartment Communities are jointly awarded the Rental Development of the Year award by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA)
• Deveraux Apartment Communities and Deveraux Asset Management add facilities and services to new and existing apartment communities that offer lifestyle-enhancing features to residents, including swimming pools, fitness centres and resident clubhouses
• Deveraux Developments enters into a joint venture partnership with two prominent Regina-based developers to develop, own and operate Acre 21, a 200,000 square foot retail hub in east Regina

2015

• Deveraux Developments launches operations in Manitoba and begins the construction of The Summit at Seasons (416 units, $74 million)
• Deveraux Asset Management adds three new independent Board members, all with significant experience in asset management, property development and property management, to its investment fund Board of Directors

2014

• Deveraux Developments wins Builder of the Year at the Regina and Region Homebuilders Association Awards
• Deveraux Asset Management collaborates with the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation to develop and introduce the Capital Rent Subsidy Program, funding the construction of purpose-built affordable rental units
• Deveraux Asset Management partners with a large Canadian apartment REIT, its first national institutional investment partner to build, own and operate Harbour View Estates (208 rental units in Regina, SK)
• Deveraux designs and constructs 320 units at Sterling Manor in Regina

2013

• Deveraux Asset Management launches its first RRSP/TFSA eligible real estate investment fund
• Deveraux designs and constructs Rochdale Crossing using modular construction (75 units, northwest Regina)

2011

• Altern Properties, ultimately rebranded as Deveraux Apartment Communities in 2018, is incorporated to ensure best in class customer service and maintenance of rental properties, including in-house maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and snow removal services
• Deveraux Developments designs and constructs 75-unit Sky Pointe Estates in north Regina, representing Deveraux’s second new development utilizing modular construction methodology

2010

• Deveraux Asset Management recognizes the lack of quality purpose-built rental developments in Regina; Deveraux Developments builds Sky Harbour Estates (314 units, $50 million, competed in 19 months)

2008

• Deveraux Asset Management establishes its first LP, raising $1.6 million to purchase an established apartment community, Lewvan Village, in Regina
