Our story begins with a dream. In 1990, Mario Di Giovanni, a carpenter framing homes in the GTA, decided to pursue his dream of designing and building homes that families truly love. Since that time, Mario’s dream has come to life in his family’s business: Delpark Homes.

Delpark has designed and built thousands of homes across Southern Ontario, in cities and towns such as Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Bowmanville, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Sutton, Toronto and Whitby.

Unlike some of our huge competitors who keep at arm’s length from the construction of their houses, our point of difference is that we’re hands-on. We’re personally committed to each and every home we build and pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and your satisfaction.

This commitment and craftsmanship help explain why so many of our homeowners refer their friends and families to us and often buy new homes from us more than once. We understand what it takes to design and build a great family home – one that provides everything a modern family could ask for, including plenty of room to grow.

What’s more, we also appreciate that homebuyers want and need our support, often from the moment they start their search until well after they’ve moved in.
