We have built over 530 homes during this time, and they have been built in a combination of brand new neighborhoods, mature neighborhoods, and on acreage properties.

These homes have ranged in size from 1500 square feet to over 6000 square feet, and have included features such as:

• Custom wine rooms
• Indoor pools
• Indoor hot tubs
• Elevators

Dennis Colwell started our company 35 years ago and at that time he handled all aspects of the business - from sales, throughout construction, and dealt with all the post-possession service work.

Now, Dennis's son Michael is the General Manager, and Michael now handles the majority of the day-to-day operations of our company.  Michael has worked for the company now for over 20 years and has worked in every aspect of the business, including sales, construction pricing/estimating, on-site construction management, and post-possession service work.

We are very passionate about building beautiful new homes for our customers, all while creating an amazing homebuilding experience for them.

The home building process can be a complicated one, and our goal is to help make it be an enjoyable experience for our valued customers from day one through to the full extent of home ownership.
