Ian’s 25 years of management and construction experience have set the foundation of the company. His commitment to excellence is what has kept Canterbury Homes growing with a stellar reputation.

Monique attended the University of Alberta where she graduated from the Residential Interiors Program in 1996. Since her graduation, she has gained an uncompromising amount of design experience in both commercial and residential. Her attention to detail and passion for making spaces reflect the personality of its residents has truly set her apart.

Our story…

At 19 years old, what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon then riding around on a motorcycle? That is how our love of homes began; we would go for a ride to look at Showhomes every weekend. For our first home, we hired a builder and thoroughly enjoyed the process. When the last piece of sod was laid, I naively said to my husband, “we can do this, how hard could it be?” Ian and I have built and moved 14 crazy times learning that the process is challenging and best suited for those with experience. We know first hand that the stages of building your dream home can be overwhelming. That’s where we step in, Ian and I take care of the details, so you can take care of what is important to you – your family. We build every single home as if it’s our own – meaning your new luxury home is built with the utmost care and attention. Ian and I are by your side working through the numerous details. We pride ourselves on ensuring each of our clients receive the same personalized service and because of that, relationships shift from builder to client, to long term friendships.
