C&W Campbell Homes Ltd. was established in February of 1980 by William and Carla Campbell and operated initially in the Greater Victoria area and the Gulf Islands only.

In 1992 the company expanded to include a smaller division in the Comox Valley region that has been continued to operate successfully since.

C&W Campbell has been a member of the Vancouver Island Construction Association (formerly the Construction Association of Victoria), the British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA) and the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) since 1983.  Bill served on the Board of Directors of the Construction Association of Victoria for over ten years and became Chairman of the Board in 1994.  He also served on the Board of Directors of the Public Construction Council of BC from 1990 until 2001, representing the BC Construction Association.  He served as Chairman of the Board of the PCC for 1998, 1999, and 2000.

Our company has gained special recognition in the construction industry, having worked with some of the most respected architectural firms in the area.

C&W Campbell Homes Ltd. began as builders of large exclusive homes in the Victoria area.  Our company has expanded in its 31 plus year history to include a large variety of construction projects, such as extensive additions and renovations to both commercial and residential buildings, schools and university projects.  The company has also completed a number of tenant improvement projects, including numerous banks, credit unions, offices and retail stores, and shipyard projects; as well as restoration projects, including structural and architectural restoration at Christ Church Cathedral, Craigdarroch Castle, Government House, St. Saviour’s Church, The Provincial Legislative Buildings and many other heritage homes and buildings.

The company is surety bonded with Axa Pacific Surety and is a registered builder with HPO (Homeowner Protection Office) and provide new home warranty coverage through Travelers Home Warranty.

The company is also an authorized builder for American Buildings Company - a large pre-engineered building supplier.
