Industrial

As contractor, construction manager and design-builder, Broccolini has built more than 13 million square feet of industrial space. We have developed expertise in every type of industrial buildings, including manufacturing, warehousing, processing, distribution and combined office/industrial facilities. We also have extensive experience in the design and construction of specialized spaces, such as laboratories, clean rooms, refrigerated cold storage facilities and more.

Residential

In the roles of contractor or construction manager, Broccolini has built several large-scale residential developments including the 155 Redpath condominium project in Toronto, and the Westboro Connection, Life Sciences Condos, and Cathedral Hill projects in Ottawa.

Broccolini is also the developer-builder behind multiple high-profile residential projects, including townhome communities such as the Park Towns development in North York, Toronto, as well as of acclaimed high-rise condominium projects, such as The Slater in Ottawa, and the prestigious 50-storey L’Avenue condominium project in Montreal, the tallest residential building in city.
